| After obtaining his Degree in Psychology from San Jose State University, and simultaneously being commissioned as an Infantry 2nd Lieutenant ,Robert served in various combat leadership roles during the Viet Nam Conflict, serving with the 82nd Airborne Division |

| Upon Completion of his Military commitment after obtaining the rank of Captain, Robert spent several years in a sales/service capacity providing financial solutions to small businesses and individuals, while working for New York Life, achieving Star Club Status each year |

| Subsequently Robert changed his career direction and went to work for Sales Consultants Inc, a division of Management Recruiters Inc., the largest recruiting firm in the United States. During his 3 years with SCI, Robert won numerous placement production awards and was Nationally recognized as being a consistent top producer in a highly competitive arena. Robert then turned his attention to Executive Level Search and went to work for Furlong-Gates, Inc, a Boutique Executive Search Firm serving the needs of Technology companies within the Western Region of the United States. Robert continued in his recruiting success developing accounts and filling numerous executive positions for various technology companies. Eventually Robert took his recruiting expertise inside and was recruited to be World Wide Director of Staffing for Telseon Inc, leading a seasoned team to miraculous results. Over the years Robert has been highly instrumental in helping companies like Intel, Chips and Technology, Quantum, Silicon Graphics Inc., MIPs, 3Com, just to mention a few. |
