SVR Network is a search firm that has both the employer and the candidate's best interests at heart. Naturally, the employer (or Client) is the one who pays our fee, however, our candidates are the key ingredients that allow us to collect that fee. We realize the value of our candidates; therefore, our primary goal is always to ensure that both our clients and our candidates achieve their primary objective.
The most effective way to insure that we deliver what you, as a potential candidate are in search of, is to spend a significant amount of time getting to know you and learning as much as possible about your goals, desires, and of course, your capabilities.
At SVR Network, we know that our business is built upon establishing a trust and a relationship that can only occur by meeting face-to-face. We never represent any candidates without having the opportunity to meet in person and develop that relationship. For the same reason, we never work with employers without having first met and established a trust. This allows us to know as much as we can about both sides of a potential partnership and ultimately, this leads to a superior standard of service.
This is generally in contrast to how most search firms and agencies operate. Seldom, if ever, do the majority of recruiters actually take the time, to meet the candidates that they ultimately represent. The mindset of the typical recruiter is to focus on time-management, and face-to-face meetings are often viewed as a waste of time.
We initially spend a certain amount of time with each prospective candidate on the phone to insure that we are in a position to help. If we believe we can, we will arrange for a face-to-face meeting. If, after the phone interview, we feel that our services vary from your needs, we will communicate that as well, and perhaps be able to recommend another source.
