We do not operate as an agency, but rather as an executive search firm. What this means is that we do not market candidates, work with specific functionalities, ie sales, software developers, sending candidates out on job interviews, or have candidates fill out applicant forms.

Agencies earn their revenues exclusively, contingent upon one of their candidates getting placed with a client company, or when a candidate is marketed, resulting in an interview, culminating in a hire.

Agencies are more inclined to work with individual contributors, and generally do not spend much effort with Senior Managers and above.
