Our major focus for over 25 years has been in the Semiconductor Industry; however, we have also been highly successful in other sectors such as Computers, Networking, and Electro-Mechanical.

Do you market to candidates or provide search and recruiting services ?
Even though the principle and his associated network of researchers and recruiters are seasoned veterans in the High Technology Recruiting field, as an organization we are small enough to provide for flexibility in how we conduct our business. Because of that flexibility, we market superior talent when it becomes available, as well as provide a comprehensive search approach for critical and difficult to fill positions.

What makes your firm unique?
We are convinced that we do business better than any one else in the industry! We have had the good fortune of being exposed to the best recruiting methodologies available and have not relied on the pedantic “Good-Old Boys” approach to recruiting as so many others have done. We are truly experts in all facets of the recruiting business. So confident are we in our capability to deliver the best results, that we offer guarantees that no other firm would dare attempt.

How long has your firm been in business?
Even though we are officially a start-up, open for business as of August 1, 2006 , we are a network of long-established, reputable recruiting experts with outstanding track-records, serving the hiring needs in Silicon Valley since the early 1980's.

What sort of guarantee does your company provide?
Most recruiting firms will offer some sort of guarantee, but generally they consist of 30 or 60 day offers and typically these do not include money-back guarantees. We on the other hand, believe that this flies in the face of providing top quality results, and having the confidence to stand behind that quality. We are so confident in our service and candidates that we offer either a 365-day guarantee under a Full Retained Search , or a 180-day guarantee under the Partial Retainer or Contingency services.  In either case, we are convinced that our competition doesn't even come close to providing their clients with such an incredible guarantee.

Are you a permanent placement contingency recruiting firm or do you provide retain search services as well?

How quickly can we begin to see candidates?
This is somewhat difficult to determine because every search is unique with its own set of circumstances. Our mission is not only to present qualified and available talent, but also to present the very best candidates that will have the greatest positive impact on your organization. Our experience has shown that we can begin presenting these highly qualified, difference makers, within two to three weeks.  We provide a detailed, weekly report to reflect our efforts and results.

Do you work with both passive as well as active candidates?
Yes. In today's market, it certainly would be foolish for a recruiter not to work with both types of candidates. With all the mergers, acquisitions, and lay-offs that have occurred, there are certainly many talented individuals actively seeking employment in the High Technology Industry. However, we know that if we are going to deliver on our promise, which is to separate out the cream of the crop, we must be compelled to also approach the “Passive-Candidate” pool of talent. Historically, this is where the best candidates have come from.
