Mr. Dexter's experience is unique because he has excelled in every facet of the permanent placement arena. From contingency to retained to corporate and from individual contributor to Director of Staffing. He has worked extensively with both start-ups and multi-billion dollar organizations alike, supporting hiring managers from the executive level to entry level and everyone in between.

Backed by years of experience in training recruiters, Mr. Dexter has an understanding of how to maximize the recruitment process for total efficiency and best results that is unmatched in the industry. Mr. Dexter received his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from San Jose State and had a distinguished career in the military, serving as an Army Officer, before venturing into the world of business.
