Full Retainer

A full retainer guarantees our clients the maximum level of focused search activity that we are
able to provide, for as long as necessary in order to fill the position. Services include:

• A complete Project Action Plan submitted to the hiring manager prior to search;
• A detailed Action Accountability Report submitted to the hiring manager once every two weeks;
• A complete Interview Assessment Report attached to each resume submitted; and
• A minimum commitment of 15 hours per week on the search.

The fee is established at one-third of the first-year's total compensation, paid in three equal installments over a 90-day period. All relative expenses incurred during the duration of the search will be reimbursed by the client.

Guarantee: 365 days (money-back or replacement).

Partial Retainer


A partial retainer is a hybrid service (part retainer and part contingency), assuring the
client the same level of focused search activity afforded under the “Full Retainer”, for a limited
period, to be no less than 120 days. Services include:

• A complete Project Action Plan submitted to the hiring manager prior to search;
• A detailed Action Accountability Report submitted to the hiring manager once every two weeks;
• A complete Interview Assessment Report attached to each resume submitted; and
• A minimum commitment of 15 hours per week on the search.

The fee is established at one-third of the first-year's total compensation, with one-half due in two equal installments over 60-days, and the remaining balance due at the candidate's start date.

Guarantee: 180 days (money-back or replacement).



Contingency


A contingency search is strictly a performance-based service designed specifically for clients who would like to compare and contrast the quality of candidates SVR Network can present to those from other sources. If the client company hires an SVR Network candidate, a fee of 20% will be due upon start-date.

SECONDARY SERVICES

These services are available to clients who would like to relinquish certain peripheral activities that may be a burden on internal hiring managers and/or staffing consultants.

1. Reference Checks
• A complete and comprehensive reference check for candidates is conducted and followed up with a full and complete disclosure report.
Cost per reference check is $150.00.

2. Educational Degree Verification
Cost per verification is $150.00.

3. Screening Interview and Assessment Reports
• A complete one hour in-depth interview with the express purpose of exploring
issues other than technical assessment in order to evaluate such factors as: capturability, value system, reasons for job changes, compensation requirements, personality-style, strengths and weaknesses, self-appraisal, career objectives and goals, problem solving, and whether or not the candidate can function on his/her own and as a team player.
Cost per interview (which includes a detailed assessment report) is $150.00.

4. Custom Research Projects (i.e., Organization Charts)
Cost is based on duration of project at a rate of $200.00/hour.
