If the client company hires an SVR Network candidate, a fee of 20% will be due upon start-date.

These services are available to clients who would like to relinquish certain peripheral activities that may be a burden on internal hiring managers and/or staffing consultants.
1. Reference Checks
• A complete and comprehensive reference check for candidates is conducted and followed up with a full and complete disclosure report.
Cost per reference check is $150.00.
2. Educational Degree Verification
Cost per verification is $150.00.
3. Screening Interview and Assessment Reports
• A complete one hour in-depth interview with the express purpose of exploring
issues other than technical assessment in order to evaluate such factors as: capturability, value system, reasons for job changes, compensation requirements, personality-style, strengths and weaknesses, self-appraisal, career objectives and goals, problem solving, and whether or not the candidate can function on his/her own and as a team player.
Cost per interview (which includes a detailed assessment report) is $150.00.
4. Custom Research Projects (i.e., Organization Charts)
Cost is based on duration of project at a rate of $200.00/hour. |
